He currently lives and works in Munich. Lechner graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich in 2012, where he studied sculpture under Professor Hermann Pitz and Hans Op de Beeck. In 2012, he was a master student of Professor Hermann Pitz. Lechner's work has been featured in numerous exhibitions, including solo exhibitions such as \"RENDER\", \"Werkvorstellung\", \"Ideation\", \"Raumskizze\" and \"Totalraum\". His work has also been featured in group exhibitions including \"+1\", \"Intersection\", \"Comfy with Sonic Speed\", \"twenty.thousand.volts\", \"Printemps\", \"Best Of\" and \"THE WORKS\". Lechner's works have been collected by the Bavarian State Painting Collections in Munich. Lechner's art was shown in virtual reality and online tours as part of the Werkschau 2021 and the Positions Berlin Art Week 2020. He has received several awards, including the 2012 Bavarian Culture Prize in the art college category and the 2011 Heitland Foundation Promotion Prize, Celle.
